Chuckle Drunk

's just go and
get
him and then we'll
leave.

So I go 
and know
that it's not really OK
to be so chuckle-monkey happy
for meager tokes of time.

But chuckle-monkey
keeps on chuckling
   and boasts of his selfishness
  his attempts to push the issues
    and cause drama.

Spare me your dramma momma
   I'm so past that heartbreak by design
 soap-opera situation casting
     sadness about and rubbing people's
hearts in the dirt.

I don't do it and neither do you.
   so why won't he learn not to too?
