Change Order

difficulties of service: a 'poem email' just an observation: Often when getting work done you have to ask to see the parts that were replaced and be shown that things are really different before you pay for a service. Or sometimes people let other people spin there wheels instead of telling them that the car is up on jack stands. If you have a bad configuration things will never work. And also, I have noticed too, that sometimes people bill for work that you have already paid for. But to be a busy body and say it directly is to be outside of my business, I guess. I guess. . . If it's just a configuration change and they let you wait 3 weeks and then they try to rebill you for work already done. . . That would be a reason not to go back to that garage. But sometimes it's a specialty dealership. And so you pay the extra money, let them rebill cause you know that they have you by the by. July 2, 2010
