Florida is a destination place. I've not been there for a few years. It may be time to start to thinking about it.

I was going to go but . . . something kept coming up. For a bunch of years now. Some of the time it was me buying some slow delivery thing and being like 'i can't go away becuase it will sit there and someone will steal it'. Other times it was family responsibilities. Other times it just made more sense to stay home. The weather was lousey for the drive. But . . . it might be time.

What had happened to the poems there?
 there used to be so many.
 Weary weary weary night weeping
       a pathos of intellectual plenty.

 Sitting at the monitor addicted to the screen
    why is it his mother seems to be so mean?
If I stay indoors he thinks he won't feel any shame
  as if the things that happened are something he
             is the blame.

  Go out.
     stand in the yard.
 See Fuji off over there.
      go over there.
    go to the top.
 Rule the world
     of your own.
  we will rule ours.
   they will rule theirs.
 you need no shame to show
     we love you just the same.
