The answer concerning questions of law should never be "It is what I say it is and I haven't decided yet." That is not law by lazy dictatorship of incompetence. No one heeds that kind of foolishness for very long. The least blame is the thing that people aim for if that kind of lickity split sperm of the momemnt government is allowed to continue.

But we all do need a break from politics.

  Everybody's 
    dancing
   see them
    all so sweet
  on the baillastrade.

  But if it is Red and Blue
    They're supposed to be fighting?
   what? in some imagined place?
  It's just the fantasy
    of someone who doesn't really know us.

  if you don't get out of my face.
   I might just kiss you.
  So unless you want that
      get out of my face.

  Never base your decisions about love
     on your delusions about politics.

 Red, Blue? what does it matter to you
   if you feel it in your heart
   the passion is where you start.

   It's a Christmas hookup
         and no one cares
  if you are red or blue.
 Every one is Red or Green
   or whatever colors 
 make them happy.

  So make it Christmas
     or make it whatever you want
 If you want to go skiing
  I suggest Bolton, Vermont. (ouch!)
