The quad-annual display of copious wealth is about to get underway in London. This year given the London scandal of the LIBOR, the whole thing takes on new meanings of extreme unseemliness. The amount of money that the LIBOR fixers were able to scam out of the system (money that the rest of us have to cover) is purported to be a small percentage, maybe less than a 10th of a point. However, given the vast and enormous sums under consideration, the amount of money that was pilfered was considerable. It could be 100s of billions of dollars that was pilfered by these creep Bankers based in London.

Same old same old, though, isn't it. I can't blame the athletes.
