The Right Column

It is nice to have a place to rant.
I like to keep my ranting to a minimum.
A certain level of rage is always fun
as long as it stays contained
and civil.

The application of Civil Law 
is a career.  So what are we to do?
We are not all experts.  No one can
know the whole law.
We do what we do and hope that we
will be free from suspician and free
to keep our voice high!

But if we have nothing to say?  
If it is just prattling on about
whateva.

Then do we still need to keep it up?
We stand alone on the ledge 
looking down over the beautiful world
and wonder about the rain 
that will come
and the sound of 
a water fall 
across the mountainside
where people 
are jumping from
high ledges
into tiny pools
and the hooting and hollering
of summertime forests
with the breeze 
moving the trees.

So much better 
than ranty
webpages:
Water
flowing down
through a gorge
and people
soaking up
the day.
