The Fedora Core 9
upgrade was mostly 
a problem due to the
diffciencies in
KDE 4.0.  Perhaps
Fedora Core team should
have left things
at KDE version 3.4 (or
whatever the last
version was.)

The Core 9 seems 
the same other than that.

I also had major
problems with udev rules
which I believe was due
to problems with the flash
drive that shows up on a tuner
card.  I wonder if someone
(some hacker) has found how
to use the flash drive that
is on the turner card maybe
to install a worm that spawns
from a UDEV rule?

Udev would hang and 
not continue until I
pulled the tuner card
(junk) from my machine.

The DMCA a-holes
have created so many problems
due to their cupidity 
and assumption
that all of their clients
are criminals.
Bust the trust, antitrust
Hollywood.  (antitrust the federal
government, 
the banks,
the Federal Reserve,
the music industry,
health care,
the . . . )

In any case . . . 
wht do I know except that
there are things we want
to keep and things we need
to get rid of.  We need
to know the difference.
The ability for private
people to be able to
do their own thing
and share it is compromised
by corporations trying to own
all content.  Or how about
new malicious copyright law
changes that will void
any copyright unless we
register with a 
service.  If I am
still alive
my copyrights are
still valid.
