Yosemite of
   You
I never wanted to be that 
             heartbreaker guy
      to you or to anyone else.
   And that you take the time
      to do it to me
   and everyone else
    means something,
      
      Some don't understand . . . 
   down inside your misty forests
        up country cliff faces,
    the Yosemite that is just a 
        small part of you . . .

   You some times let each of us in
      to the valley of magic light
    and crystal river fishing.
        And then, yes, move along,
    back to your life, your home,
       your own 
        Yosemite.
