Roger Stone is Convicted!

It's dubed a 'process crime' by some. If it were Brazil he's be released during an appeal (there is going to be an appeal).

How Long! How Long! Many people look at his conviction for a process crime in a bogus investigation is also a fraud. And that he needs to not go to jail.

Someone else wrote that this is 'payback' for 2000 and the 'hanging chad' debacle when the Democrats were unable to steal Florida. What it displays is that the 'cooking' of process results in convictions that are politically motivated, and spurious, and really bogus in most pepole's eyes. (who are paying attention). 50 years in jail for not participating to their liking in a witch hunt?

I think that the correct proceedure when dealing with the kangaroo nature of these bogus courts like the DC court that convicted him, with a jury that many said had to be tainted . . .? ? ? I get no real answer so I respond by saying that Donnie can't just pardon him until the appeals run out, is my guess. Same with General Flynn.

So we know that if we participate with Democrats in bogus process that they will railroad us with process crimes. They don't support the rule of law, and yet they relish their seats in Congress to cause havoc wiht the people's business. They don't care about the sidewalk because they are going to be leaving by limo so they say 'don't prosecute if they openly defy the 'no public urination' thing, and then they send a person who is off his leash to piddle on the rights of man and hold a bogus impeachment outside of the docorum of the modern age. With seemingly no sense of self reflection that he has any kind of moral obligation to follow the Due Process of courts that is afforded to everyone. So he pretends to defend the contituttional government over charges that some East Europoean ambassador feels uncomfortible and thought she was a 'job for life' girl in her own home town, like when Kerry was so pleased to go to Vienna, like it was really his home town, or where his 'pepole' hail from (I thought that was Nashon Island, the 'boys school for troubled youth' or . . . is it a set for an ocean side horror story? We seem to have Adam's Family of ghouls ghosts and gobbli9ns and people we've been too polite to say 'no more, dudes. We aren't going to let you go on with your LARP of being statesmen of high regard. You are gutter rats with a penchant for falsehood (Mr. Kerry isn't such a gutter guy, not like Shift, I've defended Kerry before even while being totally against his . . . politics. He's the best case of what he could be given where he came from who his 'pepole' are and how he got where he is. I could make up a fiction about himt hat would be close to the truth, but it would be only a literary truth, and not really about him. But here it is: he is related by birth but . . . he was taken apart, like a captive youth by a side of his family that was scheming for the power and money (remember I don't know his real story, I'm intuiting this from plots of stories like something that Koshinski would have written) and they held the boy hostage to extort payouts from the wealthy side but families grow apart and he wasn't given a part but he's full blown of that family, and they don't just desert them and he was a good looking jigalo kind of guy to that kind (what kind is that?) and he was able to secure himself a part and then gigilloed his way into government by making an unholy aliance with the recent coup (when Nixon was deposed) by playing the LARP of the virtuous veteran who's also a Democrat (and trhowing his medals over a fence . . . but later they were said that htey weren't his medals . . .

Anyhoo, I don't really know, I'm just riffting bits of media dung out at my readers right now, I suppose. "Would that it were." is a famous quote of JFK (F stands for Forbes), and Would that it were he and not Roger. And Q hints that the hammer will fall and that the likes of all them (who them) who were colluding as rulership class secret aristocracy of . . . (this is the part that you make up?) . . . unknown but ancient origin (he looks like a guy from an old Viennese painting) . . .

Roger got convicted. Mostly it seems bogus. Those were said to be 'process crimes'. And Trump can't pardon because . . . it would be bad optics . . . ? ?

And many say that the other investigations, that have authority under the law and that don't eminate from the bogus and tainted district courts in (as some seem to observe) the part of the world where Roger did his time, around the so-called power . . . who are now out of control, and out for vengence, in a 90 days of Sodom kind of way we have Adam as the star of a sick-headed endevor and we wish 'Would that it were' not Roger but people who are seemingly more deserving, who many say 'Lock them up', and other such things. And if it were Brazil he'd be released on appeal.

the impeaching of Due Process is the thing

the display of self-entitled freakshow Stalinism. But the difference is that the show trials in Moscow were far worse than what Adom is trying to pull off. Edom is trying to take away the rights of a sitting president to Due Process, under the Teccchhheeck-nickel-at-tee that . . . he can. So he's doing his demonstration of over-inflated ego narcissism, almost as if it's a LARP. Because as far as being an honorable and charitable and Constitutional Savor of the Nation kind-o-guy (which he doesn't seem to be . . . from my view) . . .

Stalin's trials were far worse. Real people were said to have been executed (but what can we really believe from old Moscow, 1936)? it seems likely that maybe it was a resettlement plan for the bloshivicks, becuase they were said to have been mostly anihiliated. But there is no sense of mourning from anyone about this? Did Stalin kill everyone who might have cared? It seems yet another one of those narratives from History that is false. . . . but giving it the benefit of the doubt . . . if what is said to have been done by Stalin were true (not saying it is, as all accounts from Socialist sources must be put in light of what we know about 'Socialist Realism': ie fabrication of story as 'the thing'.

Stalin is said to have murdered hundreds of thousands, if not millions, in his purges. I don't think that Adam Shiff is planning that. but he is murdering the tradtion of Due Process upon which the People's House is built.

I was going to give a head line that no matter what he wouldn't ever be the president, or ever respected beyond his current authoritaeeey, but . . . I know better than to do that. Given the serious nature of the corruption in the swamp we need to see some motion forward by IG's and others, 'adults in the room' so to speak. IN the minds of Democrats it seems (only seems) that the function of the United States president is to keep up with the current payoffs to foriegn olagarchs with no healthy return for our benefit, and defend the borders of other nations, meanwhile leaving ours open. It's almost like it's all being staged to make Democrats look as bad as possible but I know it's not all of them . . . but their clientelle who are of the STASSI child-plant types, the EAstern Europeans who were inserted into our nations, perhaps as many as there were Bolshicvicks said to have been killed by Stalin? That's me making up plausible conjecture, so it's not 'true', and it might be true, and it makes great fiction, and it displays the gravity of our problem.

To prove that my conjecture is bullshit? Well, the Democrats could stand down their impeachment. I don't know the real truth about Moscow 1936, but I do know that it seems there are very very few morners for those millions of murdered Bolschivicks. And that is why I cast doubt on that story because even Bloshivicks aren't that unhuman, are they? To not care about their sacred (in their eyes) dead?

Brightness of Autumn

Most years this time my neighbor goes all out for his sppoookkky glade bit. But they cut down the big big tree, and trimmed it all back and buldozed out the old sod, and all of it's whatever, roots and rocks and stones and nests of who the creatures are, little bitty frogs and moles and voles.

And brought in new soil and plantted grass. It's going to be nice.

The rotten smell from the old ground might be a problem sometimes, in a wet place like New England. It all grows back or it doesn't grow back. And the frogs and crickets and all of that will repopulate their yard.
