politics for poets. The skeptics job? when you have been a skeptic and the bad politicians seem to be worse, as you come to discover, then you could have even imagined, how to proceed?

I always liked to say 'seems as though they are like this but how could anyone really be like that and be aware of it? Because the first time someone pointed it out to them, and they will, that person, lost in their depravity of being the better (of who?) would snap out of it? and I would ask it like that, as a question. You're expected to think that a person who is called out on doing really bad things would mend their ways and reform their behaviors, and make restitution as necessary.

What do we see otherwise? The story of what is, was, and will be is one of great interest to all of us. And those who say 'stomp on you for your views, for you love of all nations, especially your own.

Is it wrong to say 'so and such and these ones here, my people, are so awesome I just have to tell you.' That is not the same as 'we are the only awesome'.

Voters don't like mean. Bad people who plot to slience their political opposition are not prefered. And a race baiting meanness is seen as out of hand. Most people who talk about race or ethncity only do it as much as they need to get to the part where they understand the situation. And if you are a controlling person, they might use whatever amunition that they can acquire. The badtease tht 'oh, what you are, how bad, all those like you so bad' is a mean game to play. But whatever the so-called racist says to you about your racie, religion, or whatever, you gotta know, if he thought you were something else, whatever you made him think that you are, then he'd probably go on about how bad they are too. Suddenly that group would be the worst, even though he just said it was the group he thought you were before. So he's not necessarily a racist, but just an aweful person who doesn't care what the game is as long as he gets to your where it hurts you. It hurst you and that makes him glaad, this imaginary bad-person, who I have made up here in this column today, on Friday evening.
