I'd call what has happened to Flynn abuse of process. If I were a judge, maybe on the

Supreme Court, I'd have it all thrown out.

Wouldn't it be awesome if Justice Roberts could grow-a-pair and pull a power play, point his finger at the people who everyone seems to believe had blackmailed him into a bad decision and say 'this ends now!'

'Here is what they did to me . . .'

and he could admit it all

and if he had been blackmailed, it could all be made public.

After that Justice Roberts might need to resign, but he'd be taking a hit for the team and go down in history as a hero.

But don't report this as news. That would be fake. I'm speculating and conjecturing. Many people present conjecture that Justice Roberts may have been being blackmailed, hence his decision on what many have seen as an unconstitutional law. I give no evidence except for the evidence of expectation: constitutional scholars had reviewed that law and seen it as flawed and expected the Chief Justice to go along with that assessment, that parts of the law were over reaching and needed to be curtailed. But the scholars were shown, instead, that their expectations do not always get met.
