and remembered

in school
and you would

day all

and didn't
spend

with me
and brushed me
off when
school 
ended.

be open

rich
because
your
family
had been
rich but
lost it
all in
1929
so you
should be
rich.
But that
didn't work
so you
got rich
with Jesus

And don't
care to
be
my
friend
anymore
cause that

Jesus?

Want?

I never
got
why
people
have to
either be
better 
because they
are richer
or better
because they
are more 
spiritual
which are
both
forms
of materialism.

I am a bastard
for putting
this here I guess
but maybe
I can bang on
your consciousness
and make you
realize
that being better
means that you
are no better
than
anyone else.

I love you
still but
don't know
what
I'd say
if I ever have
the opportunity
like in Heaven
to say
to you.

remember
and I would
