I'm tooying with some experimental

art

or, some would call it self indulgence.

So bare with me folks. . . The underconstruction sign has been up here at Urge central for a few weeks now. The major construction has been going on and, meanwhile we have producing copious content which our editors have deemed to need more editing. So . . . we can give you some new pictirues. Wilder Eyers. He's got those eyes that . . . look just like any of the other guys' eyes

The problem with CSS without tables is that one is never really sure if some one is going to screw up how things work: how the various spans and divs flow. They are called spans and divs. But they have inline or block behaviors. And htere is this overwhelming rediculous adherance to the idea of a linefeed. The block display ads it in, the inline doesn't. But then there is the inline-block as a valid value for the display property. Boinggg. What the code-head thinking making it rediculous like htat. So if yo havve the magic styles, or you know how to do your blocks and inline float clear mumbo jumbo . . . you can foregoe the tables. But only if you know those secret style things. writing browser page interpretation macros that translate the stuff in an httpd document into pixels in a browser, or to sounds or other events, whatever the code may spawn
