January, February rain.
 
      If your mean
         when you mean
     what you say
         . . . 
       and I'm just saying here
      everyone thinks these things
           they are saying
     mean so much
       so very much
     all night long
        January, February, rain.

  Cause you talk about it
     rant about it
   then you are gone
   and nothing ever stays the same
    when you come back later
  you've been away
    "oh, you've been gone?"
   nothing need stay the same.
     oh no
    January, February rain.
   some things never change.
