I printed out 
Meadow west
by saving it as
a pdf
with pagesize
5.5 by 8.5
and double
side and then
using lp 
with command line
arguements
because the
OO client
wouldn't let
me print with
the size I
desired.

I cut the
paper myself
and printed the
memoir.
