Thoughts of Blue

Which blue did you mean because there are very many of them all of them with potenially trademarked names. The multiplicity of them could make anyone exclaim how could I ever know which blue to expect from you? That crystal glass blue? The color of an old bottle, blue? the otherside of the sky at sunset blue? The blue of Farmer's eyes? And when the lights are out the middle of the night walking up the hill through the trees I'll know where to go, where to sit down and rest. Midnight blue with you blue? Because there are very many blues.

Ya he wants precise words that mean something and I'm telling you it doesn't matter how mean he will seem he's not an accountant counting a bean mean. He's not an old ex-friend not caring how you've been mean. You've been mean? When you were falling from the moon mean wanting to rise back with the magic powder blue mean. I'd ask you how you've been mean? I just misinterpreted it all. I ate the corn and the eggs and it was manna to me.

Does that voice that you call poems chase you as you haunt the bookstore when you are unable to write it all down, type it all out. Now you can text to a stranger and tell stranger 'how awesome you' How awsme U!

So, yaa, he's writing these "how awesome U" poems thinking that the puppy love bounding happy dog love, shaking that big tail while he runs happy doggie love is the kind of love that friend wants. And when you stop worrying about what freind wants Maybe then you will have just what friend needs. So, yaa, he's writing these "If I stop thinking that I know U" poems "I might actually get to know you." poems which seemed to confess his cluelessness about friend. And maybe they seem cute to you, him confessing that he doesn't know anything, is a moron about love . . . but he'll keep doing it anyway. And that is supposed to impress friend? And when you are not trying to impress friend that might be when friend is most impressed. So he's writing these "Eccumenical need to impress friend" poems that really were just confessions of his unending love for friend. But when you know the truth of love a poem like that is a tautology like 1 + 1 = 2 So, share the meal and the drink and diminishing light of the dusk and live in the truth of the love that's real.
