Lightening to the Right of the PlaneLightening East of Albany
Storm near AlbanyStorm to the South of the Place
moon above the clouds where lightening flashes off the right side of the plane
Vast and Amazing orange horizon
(again no camera)
off the left side ---
Why did I leave my
camera in my suitcase? Ominous lightening from above Bolts -- Faraway faintly orange.
lightening like fireflies - - - the clouds lite up --- like popcorn lightening explosions that frequent --- huge down to the right and back -- with the waxing moon above the cloud---
Lightening behind the clouds --- Like a random strobe in random places--- The orange of the sunset was so deep and surreal --- as if it was painted --- And a turquoise -
Now the place is in turbulence - and the seatbelt light is on ---
Moon over lightening -- Clouds heads towering --- silhouetted against the illumination of lightening distinct shapes of dark dark puff y
off to the right
Some bolts vertical -- some rushing along the bottoms of clouds --- \\\\\\ |||||||| \\\\\\ \\\\ \\
wow! whoa!
fleeting yet continuous blut, luminous clouds furious discharges - Thunder heads dark against the lit up clouds behind Brief billowing shape shadowed with gray
flashing flashing flashing ---
strobing -- cloud shapes so brief so distant dissipation of the day
like exploding awareness --- gray -- billows -- flash brief ---- like enlightenment --- city lights below -- far down some New York
Still the moon above
Now the plane is shaking as we pass right through a cloud --- can't see the lightening -- obscured ----
Now I see the rain (or snow) at the end of the wing where the wing light is the wing strobe show the snow (or rain) whizzing by --
what mind could think like this? what Kerouac? what Jesus? millions of rain drops like streaks in the strobe all around the plane wing shaking ---
Moon now missing we are in the cloud ---
still the lightening ---
Now through the clouds -- town lights far below --
lightening to the South
Clouds above still no moon --
lightening to the right of the plane
20 more minutes
to
The morning mist has risen up to be so loud --
What towns are these below? A shore line? I do not know The wing is banking down as the plane loops around --
Flight attendants please prepare -- to land ---
Turn off all electrical appliances --
Must be the North Shore below --
