Using this we can craft some styles that are these sizes.

OK, it was easy to make some class definitions that reflect these sizes. There are now a group of classes, one for each size of paper in the above chart, that are tagged with the name of the size with the following formula: "paper_size_" + size name, where size_name is a string of the name of the paper size. For example we now have a class paper_size_A0. It has height and width dimensions as shown within the above table.
