Abuse of process needs to be tamed from within the Bureaucracy

We are at an 'lunatics running the asylum' stage with the Obummber administration of very many incompetent race-baiters. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those who says all of government is out of control. Clearly the parts run by Vallier and her sympathizers is needing to be observed even closer. Read this article by Daily Beast Editor, Nick Gillespie to see how unraveled it has gotten in world of vindictive politically motivated abuse of process by some in the federal bureaucracy.

The emboldened with too much power who have no concern for the rights of man, well they need to be observed very closely. Gag orders like the one describe simply should not be allowed. Comments need to be decoupled from content in the eyes of the courts. The bureaucrats (I don't say government) lawyers who did this gag order should have known that it would seem to be an abuse of process

Government of, for and by the people!

When a race-baiter discusses race, and trashes our country, that behavior is hate-speach. Oh, don't worry, I believe in the First Amendment and the guy has a right to go on with it. Yes, we need to know who they are that have this twisted and concocted view of racism in America. It is clearer and clearer that the MB are connected to the SI, the SI is connected to Ma_r_xists, and they are connected to this current administration. The people who go on with their 'oh, that symbol of yours is racist' (St Andrews cross with stars in it): keep up your blabbling so we can all know who you are. We need to know so we can shun and avoid you. We need to know so that we can compile a list of your friends who we will never vote for.

It is only going to get worse. These people are emboldened. And trashing a symbol of a long extinct army, and bullying corporations into banning emblems of a non-sanctioned kind, only emboldens the out of control hate and race mongers, of any political stripe.

It is time for those within the corrupted and coerced bureaucracies to recognize that some of their leadership has gone rouge. They need to fix this problem from within, out of the perception of the public, and stop the abusive processes of the few. I say 'the few' because I believe that most people have integrity. And they are just scared of the rouges at the top who are quick to swing their schimtars of intollerance towards anyone who doesn't capitulate to the bullying. People who seek to be life-time buerocrats are often very fearful of life on the outside of the hive. And so they become timid and they just get along, not making any waves.

But the First Ammendment encourges waves. It says 'give each buerocrat a whistle and let them form a band: and sing truth to the corrupt managers. Bungie managers come and go, and good buerocrats know this. If there are any on the inside who know stuff: you got to form a band!

And sing. If they shake you out of that tree-of-graft which the buerocracy can seem to be at times (it changes from administration to administration) don't worry, there are plenty of us who aren't in the tree who are out here in the real world (you are in a real world too). We are the ones for whom that trees is of, and by and for. We water and fertilze that tree. If there are gypsy moths in it eating all the fresh growth, do you call them 'the government?' The moths of marxist envy, those who usurp and never build (some marxists build, political phony marxists do not), who are really just children of some grander and older corruptocracy of somewhere else (aristocracies from overseas wearing a the robes of some ideology came to Chicago and colonized the troubled people and fed them race-hate and false history).

We don't really know where these incompetents came from. And clearly most Marxists (not small m but real) are not out for an evil dictatorship of foreign aristocracy hiding behind the rethoric of social-justice and 'equality'. These people don't want equality but supremacy. We know this because they go on with it. It's just a business. They are doing a bit.

Most people just want life to be good for everyone. True Marxists might understand that racism is a tool to get people to react, but in the end they have a dogma of 'all are actually equal' as far as skin or ethnic heritage. It is education, so they believe, that will make us all see that. So, for that reason, I conclude that what we have are not marxists or communists, because then they would be moral. The immorality of the race baiting and the quest for ideological supremacy outs these people as being mere gardan variety aristorcratic leaning petty bouchs-wa-zeee (did I spell it wrong? lol). They use the cloak of rightous Marxism to gain power, drive governments into bankruptcy, just so that it can all be liquidated at pennies on the dollar to their friends who live in the Alps of grand financial good furtune. These people who pander to the good-urges of Marxist leaning people are not, in fact, caring at all about the equality of all and the eventual evolution into something where race and skin color are not considered important. We would see people like we see sweet-peas: their flowers come in different colors but the plants are essentially the same. The product, the same. The color is inconsequential. That is a theory. We know that our world really isn't like that.

Oh, well, I have no comments section. And I'm not widely read. And if someone doesn't like what I write here, what can I do? What can they do? Nothing. They should do nothing. They should not need to know who I am. I am trying to speak truth to power. I shouldn't be fearful that some partisan is going to see me as an ideological threat. I shouldn't even have to worry. Unfortunately it does come to mind. I feel a lot less free to blog my thoughts. I feel a lot more compelled to worry that someone is going to think that I need to be observed. That's called paranoia

Well, so, then I see it like that. And I say that the burocrats who might read this, or the partisans, they would see that I'm not spreading hate. I'm trying to make them see that they need to follow existing laws and respect the various pillars of our government. The gag order place upon Mr. Gillespie should never have been attempted, let alone enforced if even for a brief period.

As far as the reason for the investigation? I think it is prudent for judges to worry about passing comments on the Internet. People who post hateful things aren't doing it from an enlightened center. A judge deserves to feel safe and secure. In a sense posting hate to a blog is an abuse of process (process of the blog). So the officers of the court should try and seek out those who would so threaten a judge, as the commenters at Reason.com had seemed to do. But to go after the blog? And to put such a gag order? Well, it's all documented at the link provided, and with subsequent links from there.

Yes we need to protect judges. Yes we need to protect free speach in blogs. And, yes, apparently we need to be vigilent of the beuearcracy and watch their behavior carefully, because clearly there are some inthere who are emboldened and out to further their own ideologies, without regard to the needs of the government of, and for and by the people. When they do those anti-constitutional things they are no longer acting for the govenrment but for their own poltiical reasons. And there is much of the burocracy devoted to observing and stopping the partisanship of government. And since it isn't working well anymore websites like Reason.com are important. We need oversite and a free press. Gag orders prohibit and restrict the freedom of speach. There may be good reasons for this at times, but mostly it seems that it is done so that some in the burocracy can get away with doing things that are actually not for and of and by the people , thus are relaly not governmental actions but actions of a private person acting as a rouge within the government. If that kind of person exists within the governmental burocracy the public needs to know, or the problem needs to be solved before the public ever finds out.

song-writers note: if you are looking
for hidden meaning
in this song, the words, there is none.
It's is merely onomonopoedica.
the meaning is very clear:
No War! We don't want one!

Walladu-la
I heard you got in a fight
you were listening
to poison news
and got all in someone's face
in a state of excited
unenlighted . . .

And now there is a lot of dust so you think
That great ships have gone into the drink
and you fear the worst,
but your thirst
your thirst!
Why can't you
control
your thirst?

Other countries
aren't some place to drink right up.
Revolutions
often lead to death and blight
the ones who say to march
are off and too the side
they write their jingo
to get their mobs to chant
there is not love in their recant.

They found out that the drink
was too strong.
The marchers went to a concert
that didn't take very long.
And the band
well they wouldn't play
that revolution song
because they said 'be strong'
or 'move along'
or stop hitting on that poison bong
or take some time
to reflect on rhyme
and let's not have a fight.

After the show everyone wondered off home.
And for those who don't know
everyone helped everyone stay and keep warm.
It was a cold day, that day.
But good people have
better things to say
and know
to not fight.

So Walladu-la
I'm glad
you got introspective
and gave up your hateful behavior
and discovered something new,
a recommended savior
who tells you to stop the fight
because what you think you are doing
isn't right.

He wrote notes till his

Will somebody catch these for him?
A long walk to the town from here?
his eyes
are like superballs
bouncing down a mountainside
someone yells up
"you're going to kill someone doing that."
he yells back down
"if you find my eyes
give them to death
and he can give them back to me."

All day, all day long
he was blogging
worrying about
politics.

All day
all night
he drinks

And some times
he has a fright
it's weird to see him
late at night
wondering in his bardo.

Deep within the dream
that screams from the top of the stairs
it tells him that his fears are
just imaginary cares.

Is it a giant window?
A constellation of planets leading him forward
to take that leap of faith.
You might as well

is busted out from the

you might hesitate.

A bouppiididdittybit Bop
was droning by and tells you
that it's now, even though it was before
she is naked to try and
tempt you
but you know she isn't real
so you brush her off,
it's just images on the television
and if they speak
they only speak in lies.
She looks like that candidate.

So the bouppiddidditybit Bop
hands me a headset demanding
that I put it on
and it would
snap into my spine
like the robot arm
you will be
and what they want for you
is of no importance
unless you agree
do you agree?

So I handed him back his
control unit
without explanation
and then hovered over
to another dream
where no one like him exists
and the people that they show on television
don't spout lies like a fountain.

This version is called 'Sphere of Rings'. If all goes well with your browser there will be 'rings' of images that will rotate concentrically around the center of a sphere. I modify the x,y,and z angles with ratios of the same angle, and thus the 'rotation' has a specific 'flavor' to it. The demonstration is self explanitory if it works in your browser. If you have firebug installed, take a look at my code.
