Constitutional Crisis

Some ways to solve and defuse the current Constitutional Crisis and overreach of hirelings and bureaucrats of the central government of the United States of America

1. The White House should pardon President Trump for any 'crimes' that would be discovered from the documents of the raid.

2. The White House should immediately release all the documents that were taken during the raid.

3. The White House should immediately suspend and fire Garland and Wrey.

4. The White House should say, out loud, that they know that Mr. Trump is not an insurrectionist and admit that there was a witch hunt out-to-get-him and that it should end. They should suggest to the 'Select Committee' that they should suspend all operations but admit, as there is a separation of powers, that they can not dictate to the Congress what they ought to do in this matter.

5. Rewrite the rules of seizure of cell phones to be the data of them, and not the actual physical device, or allow for a person who has their phone siezed to immediately be issued a new phone and be given back their sim card soon (or given a replacement) in a very short time and with no delays (they should not be left stranded without a cell phone if they need one.!

6. Rewrite the rules of warrants requiring that council can be present during the search, and also that all activity should be recorded and logged.

7. Pardon any and all non violent trespassers at the Capitol for anything that occurred on Jan 6.

8. Start a full inquiry on the death of Ashley Babbitt.

9. Secure the border.

10. Audit all foreign aide and give much more oversite to monies being given to foreign nations.

I considered also suggesting that Hunter, also, be given a pardon but that would mean that the president would have a conflict of interest.

One more point: it takes two to tangle. No one is going to take the bait of those suggesting to 'hate the FBI rank-n-file' or that conservatives want a 'civil war'. Everyone still knows that for most things for which they are tasked, the FBI is the go-to for certain well known issues.

The change will be more effective if it starts quicker. Agents of agencies ought to be tasked with identifying problems that might make the agency seem to be undemocratic and unjust. Immediate reforms ought to take place in the warranting process, and in the chain of operations for searches and siezures.

Ivana

I watched a stream of a live feed (in replay mode) of Ivana's funeral. It was today. Towards the end the door of the cathedral opens and there is a scene for a few minutes outside the doors, on the steps of the cathedral with the Trump family there. It started with pallbearers carrying Ivana in her coffin out of the doorway, down the steps, and into the hearse. Then it was a solemn moment as the Trump family came out the door and stood there for a few moments, and then dispersed. The scene continued with others. It was a sad day for a lot of people.
