Mysticism
The inscense burns for
you Ted tonight on the
mantle over the fireplace
that lays unlit.
the midnight moon is new
so it does not light this
late time hour.
When morning with the sun
you have passed beyond
how many keys of Bardo?
I never read the Tibet
book but had a copy
of the Eygptian one.
that generation of
Catholics were burried
in Forest Hills.
Some folks built big
statues that are still
in those spooky fields.
If icons built are then
removed to make a
better future
does it disrespect
the artist
to take his work
away?
If I hate the
work I can love
the artist.
If you don't
get
Picasso then
please don't
tell me he sucks.
Ted you were
Picasso
in what you do
in this life here.
And now you pass
to where the sky
meets our fantasies
of you.
You didn't just pose
and talk but effected
posative outcome for
all involved.
Negotiate a better
deal and share what
is fair.
So how will history
see you?
It matters not to
me because
I know
you
have a heart
that is true.

page #140 back nextThe points you make
show a lot about how you are
Online we can find all kinds
of FUD and rabid [some group] baiting, where
[some group] could be any group. There are always
posts with snarky "If ya don' like it screw U's"
riddled throughout the posts on a page. What
motivates someone to channel their
snarky and illmannered indifference and/or disdain
within the confines of a random blog-post page?
It is like those people who always say
that "if ya don vote, ya getz the governaught
that ya dis-serve" or other such
snarky malarky (a patented and trade marked phrase).
Like if you fail to vote you deserve to be
thrown into slavery?? huh?? That wouldn't
make any sense.
So I was reading in a discussion in a
know-it-all-apedia article on a certain historical
figure who murdered a very famous family (while
he was drunk). So someone writes in the discussion
how 'murder' and 'execution' are different and
that you can't call this a murder . . . and on with
this line of reasoning. And I can't see why
anyone has to make that arguement. I guess if
someone kills kids and servants, as well as
the head of state and his lady . . . I guess that
person is a . . .
You know, do I really need to say a word for it?
But there it was, someone discussing the
difference between murder and execution.
So I put in a comment about how some people
feel that state sponsered executions are murder.
So do I feel that? Is that how, I, urge-central
blogist feel?
It is extreame in a very hard way that when people
feel that they should execute that the world
says it is state sponsered murder. When people
do very horrible things and henious hurt and maime
and kill others, than one must say that it is
necessary to do what states do, ie, the death penalty.
It is so final. And then it is over. As a Christian
I don't know if it is OK to accept the death penalty
as law. I would prefer life behind bars. However, how
can government afford this? Well, they just have to.
So, did said age old guy (arch-type of a villan?) murder
or did he execute? Is there someone somewhere who
still loves this guy? There must be somewhere. Maybe
some relative? "He was told to do it" maybe they
say "but we don't have any documentation so the
know-it-all-apedia won't let us post . . . "
So some do, apparently, light candles for those
who appear to the rest of the world to be murderers.
Guards at a jail who pull a switch? Are they murderers?
I don't think that they are. Execution is different
than murder.
But is it, folks, that execution is a lesser sin than
murder? Is the executioner some how a sinner?
The world goes on. We've read, even, that Moses did
someone in. I put it like that 'did someone in' out
of respect for Moses. He was young. He was enraged.
He killed an Eygptian.
So maybe the revolutionary who murdered the Czar
and his family was really just a confused and flawed
person worthy of some praise in someway even though
very damaged, purported (by the know-it-all-apedia)
to have become a Christian but promonted listed
as a born of another religion.
At the point of being a murderer is anyone ever
a good person of any religion? I have to say no.
They are doing something flawed and wrong.
Are they thus, irredeamable? Was Moses?
Of course we know that Moses was redeemable and
he was redeemed. He even didn't have to die.
But he never got to cross the Jordan, did he?
He leads his people to the promised land
but he never gets to cross over.
let that be a lesson to all of you
murderers looking to be redeemed. And you
executioners, you aren't murders but you
are executioners. So even you have
to work to be redeemed.
And even I.
Well, any way, enough of my babble for now.

The Right Column Season of Wither
Hackcident Today on the radio
Howie Carr called the
hit-and-run
alledged by a State
Senator a 'hackcident'.
Very Funny.
Nov 17, 2009
I did a web search on
'hackcident' and found
it is commonly used.
So let me say that the
way that Howie used it
yesterday was exceptionally
hillarious. In New England,
especially in Boston, the
term 'hack' is someone who
is almost a welfare person
in every way in that the
government takes care of
them if they pretend
to show up.
I used to work for the
federal supply of the
air force and do not
buy into the lie that
all gov folks are 'hacks'.
Clearly they are not.
And nepotism is a fact
of life, forgivable
as long as folks get
the job done.
In Boston we hang our
dirty laundry out in
the rain so that it
washes clean with the
shower of derision
and public ridicule
for governmental
officialdumb who over
step the bounds, and it
is usually very far over,
overstep the bounds
of what seems appropriate.
Basically you have to
run over a kid (alledgedly
but people will say, but
not on air, that they saw
you, some guy pointing
on the TV news, bad
lighting on Mass Ave or
Cambridge St the Chn five
news crew in the rain on a
weekday) "Ittt wazz
terribull. The littl'boy.
Thars the bludd."
There's a Brazillian
flag as a decal on an
escalade nearby.
It is not
this mans vehicle. Is that
man wearing a pinky ring?
He doesn't want to be on
camera. Can he really be
running for office if he
fleas from the stunning
ambush journalist (even
fully covered over, as if
in full burka, stunning,
if you know who she is.
It is just she's so . . .
Should we have sent the
equally stunning male
equivallent? We can't
say that on the radio?
Who is offended. He's
gorgous. And you don't
even have to see him, just
know he is in the room.
Will that get the senator's
attention?
Not even. Maybe he's drunk?
It's raining. 'Senator.
Senator. The rumour is . . .
no, actually Senator, I'm
just pitching a reality
TV show. See, that's my
son up there in a mylar
kite. No, really, I work for
channel [some number]'
Will senator
4-AM-streetdrunk-with-keys
get another ride from the
hunky Cambridge cop? Can
true love really happen
even during career ending
(alledged) runnings-over
of lit'le child'ren? Will
this senator ever get
another vote? How will
he ever be able to meet
friendly men in uniform,
and bring them home, if
he is no longer a state
senator?
dunt dun daaaaa
No, seriously, this guy
is having a trainwreak
in his life. He needs
help. And he should get it.
But should he get anymore
votes? Well, I am not
from his district. So
I don't get to decide.
What I'm being is a busy
body. He seems like he
might be charming if you
met him drunk at night in
the right place. I might
find him intrueging. But
I don't suspect that no
matter how drunk I might
be, because I've been that
guy, years ago, years and
years ago (I'm in an active
job search, so I've got
to be cautious that I will
scare some prospect away.)
Let me be honest, I've not
ever been so drunk as to
go up to the window at a
convenience store at 4AM
and act all mumbbly-joe
on some early morning clerk.
If I were that drunk (whihc
doesn't happen. I just
don't do it any more)
I would take the keys
out of the ignition and
get into the back seat.
And if it were cold
I wouldn't sit there with
the engine running
in the driver's
seat. If I were that
drunk I would have
found a place to do it,
a place with a bed and
a blanket and a place
to lay down and be
comfortible.
When I was in Lowell last
month, the month of the
celebration of Jack K,
David Amram was there.
He said that it bugs him
when folks put down his
dear friend (JLK) for
being a drunk. Why?
Because it is a disease.
Well, it is a disease.
But I've been yelled at
for saying that to friendly
family. I was told that,
damn it, his dad could
have done better (my friend's
dad).
Someone asked me when I
last had a fulltime job.
It was a while ago.
But let me say that
I never stop, no matter
what I am doing, until
the point when I can't
go on. I am always busy and
productive doing all
sorts of things constantly
to have a good life and to
do things well.
Any one who would worry,
in this market, about
what is up or down with
someone not having a job
in two years, let me tell
ya (mister) that work is
my way of life. I didn't
plan on the social collapse
of american engineering
and the off-shoring of
jobs for fun and leverage
arbitrage.
So let me back to work
and you will not be
disapointed. In the
meantime I remain creative
and active and busy.
It's a flawless and stunning
12 carot sapphire, catching
the light just right . . .
That is how we get our
news. so when Howie says
'hackcident' the humour
is deep.
